We take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering our unpolished pulses. Since these are food products, we follow a strict and transparent return and refund policy to ensure quality and fairness for both our customers and our farmers.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following cases:

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

  • The product is damaged or spilled during transit.

Mandatory Video Proof

To process a return or refund, we require:

  • A clear unboxing video taken from the moment you open the sealed package, without any cuts or edits, showing the issue (damaged, spilled or expired item).

  • This helps us verify the condition of the product and take corrective action.

Time Frame for Request

  • Any return or refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Requests made after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order meets the above criteria:

  1. Record a continuous unboxing video showing the issue.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or Email with your order details and the video proof.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Products that are opened and found satisfactory cannot be returned.

  • Products without proper video proof or reported after 24 hours are not eligible for refund or return.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed or dispatched.

  • Once the order has been packed, shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number through WhatsApp or Email.
  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
